Frank Gardner writes supporting “The Civil Aviation Authority’s PRM and Airport Accessibility Conference” FREE-to-attend at the British-Irish Airports EXPO
“The third-rate service that so many disabled passengers have experienced at British airports does not belong in this century. If Dubai can make them feel welcome then so can this country. I welcome the fact that those in charge are now taking these issues seriously and are trying to rectify them. What is needed now is not endless studies and reports, it’s action. Make air travel a pleasure for the disabled and you will be amazed: thousands more will take to the skies and it will pay dividends. Let’s sort this now before the UK is left behind.”
